Kimbark Apartments Remodeled and Upgraded

Residents and Thistle staff gathered at 1200 Kimbark to celebrate the completion of a year-long $2M project. Thistle purchased the property in December 2014 and financed the renovations via tax credits.
Single mom Sarah P who has lived at Kimbark since before Thistle purchased it said, “since Thistle took over, there were lots of arrests, cops took out the drug community, it’s now a drink free zone. I love living in a nearly new apartment.”
Police calls have decreased from 10 per month prior to Thistle buying 1200 Kimbark in December 2014, to the present three per month as reported by the Longmont Police Department.
