Request for Proposal (RFP)
Pinewood Apartment Rehabilitation

Project
Contractors are invited to bid on the rehabilitation of the following Property:

Pinewood Apartments; 676 22nd Street, Boulder, CO 80302

Qualifications
Contractors must submit a Qualifications Packet, which is to include the following information:

 AIA Form A305 – Contractor’s Qualification Statement
 A brief, one-page overview of general information about the company highlighting previous relevant work experience and managerial ability;
 A description of your internal Quality Control management/procedures, including your subcontractor contract and cost management procedures;
 Previous Multi-Family housing construction experience in and/or near the City of Boulder;
 Previous construction experience with Multi-Family housing in the state of Colorado;
 Resumes of staff specifically dedicated to the project – at a minimum this must include the individuals that will be the Project Manager and Superintendent; (The Owner has the right to ask for replacement staff if they feel that the proposed staff is not properly qualified.)
 Renovation, rehabilitation, or similar experience.
