Redevelopment Begins in North Boulder

Redevelopment Begins in North Boulder

Thistle is thrilled to announce that the redevelopment of The Bus Stop Apartments, a two-acre site formerly the location of a gentleman’s club in North Boulder, is underway.  The complex will house 53 permanently affordable rental units and an art-focused community space. The project is in partnership with AGR Development. The demolition of the structure is complete and construction has begun. The site will host an art fence courtesy of the NoBo Art District. Completion is scheduled for January 2020. Project value: $16M
