Thistle | Boulder’s Affordable Home Developer

Talk about a makeover! Construction is moving along smartly these days on 53 units of affordable housing at Thistle’s new Bustop Apartments. They’ll be ready for residents January 2020.

Thistle Communities’ Bus Stop development has a colorful past. The site on North Broadway was the long-time home to a popular strip club called the Bustop. Thistle decided to hang onto the location’s historic name.
