How Thistle is Responding to COVID-19

Thistle values the members of our Communities and those that support our mission. We appreciate your trust and want to update you on our preparation for COVID-19 (the Coronavirus).

Thistle is open and accepting applications, renewals, payments, and inquiries.  Call or come by.  If the situation changes, we will post any reduction in services, closures, or other steps we feel we must take here on our website.

We are asking residents to communicate if they are suspected of a Coronavirus-related illness in their home to their Community Manager.

Work Orders and emergencies will be prioritized to ensure that essential work is completed in a “safe environment”. Thistle is preparing for a possible reduction in resources should that become necessary.

Thistle may need to limit customer interaction at the main office at 6000 Spine Road and initiate more drop-off of payments and documents at the six Drop Boxes that are available in our network of communities. This limitation will be publicized as soon as it becomes necessary on our website, and with signage at the properties and the main office.

We encourage you to call or email whenever possible instead of in-person interaction during this time of uncertainty.  You can expect a return call or email within 24 hours.

For emergencies, continue to call maintenance at 303-527-9913.

Thistle is following recommended guidelines for cleaning, hygiene (personal and respiratory), and staying home when sick. We encourage you to do the same.

We hope that you, your family and friends are well and will be untouched by this COVID-19.

We will continue to provide thriving and vibrant Communities that are resilient and can weather unpredictable and uncertain times.

Stay safe and healthy.
