Thistle’s Offices Closed to all Walk-in Clients

1. Effective immediately, Thistle’s offices are currently closed to all walk-in clients. Please call to make an appointment before coming to our 6000 Spine office.

2. We’ll continue to process applications and lease renewals. We’ll set up a “paperwork” drop-off point at 6000 Spine.

3. As of now, our grounds crew will continue to be on-site and cleaning to the extent feasible. Please continue to take your personal precautions around the coronavirus.

4. Maintenance work orders and emergencies will be prioritized based on severity and priority. Our staff may ask to verify your health status prior to entering your home.

5. Please continue to pay rent online at Rent Café, by U.S. mail or at one of our seven drop-box locations:

Renovation work will continue as planned at Parkville, Laguna, English Village until further notice.
