Christopher Gwaizda, CFO/Financial Strategist, has served as CFO for large publicly-traded corporations and private companies in the media, entertainment and advertising industries. Along the way he has collected an array of credentials, including an MBA, CPA, a law degree, and human resources certification. His strengths are financial planning and strategy, budgeting and analysis, and accounting and internal controls. At Thistle he is charged with leveraging our approximately $46M of real estate assets in creative and revenue-enhancing ways to further Thistle’s financial performance and sustainability.
