Thistle refinanced the “Corwood Properties” (Correll, Pinewood, and Valmont) on September 30, 2017. The buildings date from 1948, 1957, 1964 and 1983. They were antiquated and in need of modernization due to their age. The total budget was $27M, the project began on Oct. 23, 2017, and concluded September 30, 2019.
