Thistle purchased the building at 1845 Folsom for its permanent headquarters. Pinewood Apartments (21 units) and Correll Apartments (23 units) both in Boulder are added to the roster of Thistle properties. Also purchased was the land in Longmont to become the future development of Blue Vista.
